STEAK ! It's what's for
dinner !
These marinades will flavor and tenderize about two pounds of steak or a
three to four pound roast. To marinate: Combine ingredients. Place beef in
zipper-locking plastic bag and pour marinade over beef. Close bag removing
air; refrigerate; marinate for 15 minutes to two hours depending on taste
desired. Note: Extend marinating time to a minimum of six hours to
tenderize. By using top quality Certified Angus Beef (TM) Steaks, however,
there is no need to tenderize.
Deliciously Bold
* 1
cup beef broth
* 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
* 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
* 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Sunkissed Marinade
* 1
(12 oz.) can thawed orange juice concentrate
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1/2 cup light molasses or honey
* 2 tsp. ground ginger
